1. Using Swimming goggles

It is because the swimming goggles are designed to protect your eyes from irritant substances, such as chloramine.

After swimming, try to wash your eyes. It can be done by using tap water and in a state of closed eyes.

This way is usually potent enough to rinse various chemical compounds that stick around your eyes.

3. Using Eye Drops

Before entering the water, try to use eye drops or tear gels to keep the fluid in your eyes balanced and make your eyes more comfortable.

4. Drink plenty of water

One cause of the eye blush after swimming is the body lacks fluid. Therefore, drinking a lot of water before and after swimming is a smart move to keep your eyes moist.
